Thank you for booking your appointment with Chosen Luxry. I'm looking forward to servicing you & meeting all your beauty needs. To ensure service accuracy please arrive to your appointment on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late to your appointment you will pay a late fee of $10.00. Anything more than 30 minutes you have to reschedule for a later date with another deposit or pay a $25 inconvenience fee if I am able to squeeze you in. If your hair is natural please have your hair blown out, detangled and manageable for your desired style to the best of your ability. ALL HAIR NEEDS TO BE CLEAN UPON ARRIVAL. ALSO, I WILL NOT GO OVER ANOTHER STYLIST WORK IF ITS NOT TO YOUR LIKING, DON’T ASK (Press,curls, crimps are the only services that will be accepted) In most situations I will let you know before service what the best options are. PLEASE CLEAN ALL GLUE AND RESIDUE FROM LACE. If I have to rewash your unit or lace there will be a $10.00 charge.
